Versatile Delivery is a locally owned courier service moving anything you need, anywhere in the city — hot meals, cold groceries, hardware runs, prescription pickups, and the odd-shaped parcel nobody else wants to touch.
Why we exist
Thunder Bay isn't a big city, but it has big-city needs — and for too long, those needs were handled by apps designed in Toronto, Seattle and San Francisco. Drivers got squeezed. Restaurants paid commissions that wiped out their margins. Customers waited an hour for a lukewarm burger. We thought the city deserved better, so we built it here.
Versatile Delivery is run by people who actually live in Thunder Bay. We know the back roads, the shortcuts through Intercity, which pharmacies close at 6, and which pizza place puts the good pepperoni on top. That local knowledge shows up in every delivery — fewer missed drop-offs, faster routing, and a human on the other end of the phone when something goes sideways.

How it works
Open the app, enter where you are, and browse the vendors nearby — or send a driver to pick up from anywhere in the city if what you want isn't on our platform yet. Track your driver live, pay with cash or card at the door, and get a photo confirmation at drop-off. No surprises, no hidden fees, no mystery charges the next morning.
Built by a team of local developers who listen when customers talk. Found a bug? Tell us and it's fixed that week. Missing a feature? We'll usually ship it before the end of the month. This app grows with the city, not against it.
